What we do
ABOUT US
The Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry is an Incorporated, Non-Government Organisation, working as the voice of private enterprise in Esperance. Our mission is to help cultivate an environment in the Esperance region where businesses, new or existing, can thrive.

As the peak representative body of the Esperance business community, we lobby on behalf of our members to ensure that the business community in Esperance has a strong and respected voice. The ECCI works collaboratively with organisations, aiming to advance the need of the business community in Esperance.

The ECCI is associated with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Western Australia and is an active member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Western Australia.

BUSINESS LOCAL

In July 2015 we started delivering Business Local - free advice and guidance for your small business. The Small Business Development Corporation commissioned an independent review of their Small Business Centres, which revealed significant opportunities to enhance the offering for small business, through a remodelling of service delivery.

From here, the SBDC developed Business Local, which will deliver consistent, high quality business advice and guidance services in your local community. The Department of Finance ran a rigorous open tender process to select the providers of Business Local, and the ECCI tendered in conjunction with lead-agent Kalgoorlie Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Delivering Business Local compliments the services we already offer, and supports our mission - to help cultivate an environment in the Esperance region where businesses, new or existing, can thrive. Anyone can access the Business Local services, they are not exclusive to ECCI members. For more information on Business Local, click here.
