Brown Sugar barista Lauren Beach has been recognised for her excellent service delivery, taking out the Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s July Customer Service Award.
Lauren was joined the Brown Sugar team in December last year and on receiving the award acknowledged how much she enjoyed working in the business and interacting with the regulars. "It's also nice to see returning faces, those regular customers”, she said. “I get along really well with everyone here and we've all become really close friends.”
