Beata loves the peaceful work environment at Seasons and describes the ambience of the restaurant as quiet and intimate. A true people-person, Beata enjoys meeting new customers and building on existing relationships with local regulars alike.
Beata said the most important thing she has learned in the role was the high level of organisation and communication needed to efficiently serve large coach groups of older customers while remaining calm, patient and sensitive to their needs.
In her spare time, Beata loves taking her dog for walks along Esperance's beautiful beaches.
