Congratulations to Rochelle, who was presented the February 2023 Customer Service Award.
Rochelle took over Boulevard News in October 2022 and since then, she has expanded the shop to include new products such as party supplies, giftware, books, puzzles, bags & wallets and interest magazines.
Rochelle truly values her customers and feels fortunate for the way the Esperance community has welcomed her. Rochelle ensures all customers are cheerfully greeted when they arrive, and regular customers are so used to her smiley welcome that if she accidentally misses their arrival, they go out of their way to say hello to her!
Rochelle plans to continue expanding their product offerings to meet the needs of the Esperance community and looks forward to getting to know more locals and engaging with the community.
Most of Rochelle’s time is spent at the newsagency or in her role at the Esperance Anglican Community School, but when she does have spare time she spends it with her son – whose 8th birthday is today!
