A caring and understanding Luxe Floral & Home Co employee has won the October Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry Customer Service Award. Heather Zloich earned the award for her genuine customer service and that her floral arrangements are made with a little bit of love.
Heather began her career 4 years ago working as a florist at Beeline, now Luxe Floral & Home Co, and has been working with Sara since September 2020.
Heather enjoys creating different floral arrangements and loves to see the surprise on peoples faces when the flowers are delivered. Ms Zloich said “Another pleasurable part of working at Luxe Floral & Home Co is being part of a team who also care and are passionate about the products and services they provide”.
“I would also like to thank the person who nominated me, and that I try to treat each customer as though they were a family member”
As October’s winner, she will now go into the running to win the Chamber’s Customer Service of the Year Award.
Other nominees for October were Sophie Chivell from Deli King and Sheldon Baxter an employee of Australia Post.
